SND3100 is an optical particle size spectrometer based on the principle of single particle light scattering. It supports up to 31 particle size channels and can monitor particle mass concentration and particle size distribution in real time. SND3100 adopts the latest generation of light scattering particle technology of Nuofan, carefully calibrated optical and air path structure, a new generation of high-frequency weak signal processing circuit and high-precision particle recognition algorithm. Compared with the previous generation of products, SND3100 can significantly improve the range and accuracy of particle size recognition, and can better adapt to the changes of particle size components of monitoring objects. Working Principle

Using the principle of single particle laser scattering, through precise optical design and a gas path designed based on the principles of fluid mechanics, particles in the sampled air can pass through the beam in turn with a high probability, generating weak scattered light; Scattered light is collected through an accurate optical signal collection device and projected onto a highly sensitive, high-bandwidth photodetector.

By identifying and analyzing the scattered pulses of each particle, the corresponding signal strength of each particle is obtained; Obtain the particle size of each particle through a calibration procedure; Converted and aerodynamic School standards, get the mass concentration.
